THE PROMOTION: 

A prize valued at $2020.  One winner will receive a voucher for 2 nights at Heart Hotel, Airlie Beach for 2 adults, Meal voucher for $250, Sundowner Cruises Voucher for a pre-dinner Sunset Cruise around Pioneer Bay, followed by dinner at Sorrentos Restaurant and Bar and Whitehaven Beach Escape with Helireef.

The winner will be selected at random from a list of those people who attend the Palmview Homes Display Home between 18th August 2022 and the Stage 3 Somerset Park Open Day (Date TBC).

GENERAL: 

  • The Promoter for this competition is Palmview Homes ABN: 83 125 184 876
  • By entering this competition you accept all Terms & Conditions.
  • Promotion runs from 18th August 2022 – Date TBC.  Winner will be announced via social media and we will make contact via phone.

  • Entries close at 5pm on the last day of competition.
  • Employees of Blacks Real Estate, Palmview Homes or RM Developments are ineligible to enter.
  • Entrants must be over the age of 18
  • The prize is valid for 2 people and winner will need to book all accommodation and tours them selves on a date that suits them.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.

COMPETITION ENTRY: 

  • Entry into the prize draw is via attending Palmview Homes Display Home or attending the Open Day for Stage 3 Somerset Park (form to be filled out on arrival)
  • To be eligible to enter the competition, attend Palmview Homes Display Home or attend the Open Day for Stage 3 Somerset Park and provide your contact details.
  • Entrants are encouraged to tag Palmview Homes & Somerset Park with photos of them enjoying their prize and a photo of them receiving their prize.
  • By entering this competition, you accept all Terms & Conditions.

PRIZE INCLUDES: 

  • voucher for 2 nights at Heart Hotel, Airlie Beach for 2 adults, Meal voucher for $250, Sundowner Cruises Voucher for a pre-dinner Sunset Cruise around Pioneer Bay, followed by dinner at Sorrentos Restaurant and Bar and Whitehaven Beach Escape with Helireef.

PRIZE DRAW: 

  • Competition will be drawn after the Somerset Stage 3 Open Day.

  • Winner will be notified after prize draw and must collect their voucher from Palmview Homes Display Home (3 Chester Crescent, Somerset Park).
  • The winner will receive Vouchers for Accommodation, Cruise & Restaurant only.
  • The winner will need to book the Helireef Whitehaven Escape themselves once their accommodation is booked and send the receipt for samantha@pivotmarketing.com.au for reimbursement. (Helireef tour must be booked directly by the winner for flight manifest and weights details).
  • This is a random draw and the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • It is the entrant’s responsibility to supply all correct contact information when entering the competition.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that his or her name(s) and photographs may be used for publicity purposes.
